This cheese made exclusively with sheep milk from Italian farms flavored with chili pepper. We called it Piccantino precisely because chilli pepper is mixed with cheese and it is so important for health. The unique and different processing technique from all other producers is the secret that contributes to making this
cheese so different from all other flavored cheeses on the market.
On request it is possible to have it even in the smallest size of 400 grams.

Shape: cylindrical with flat faces and slightly bowed sides
External appearance: the crust is slightly caned due to the striped mould where the curd is placed, just wrinkled and greasy, with the presence of pieces of chili pepper that can also be glimpsed on the outside;
Internal appearance: the paste is smooth of straw-colored discharge with the presence of pepper fragments. It has a small eyelet scattered irregularly and not homogeneous;
Aroma: lactic of cooked butter and an animal and vegetable scent;
Taste: spicy due to chili pepper, but not excessively. Slightly salty but sweet in the mouth. It is slightly lumpy and medium soluble and has a good persistence.
