The satisfaction for one of our most appreciated cheeses, the “Antani”, continues.
Having passed the selection among the approximately 1500 cheeses entered in this competition, it was nominated among the 31 finalists divided into the 10 categories.
Obviously the honor of having been awarded not only by Alberto Marcomini from the great Oscar Farinetti, the thing gave us even more satisfaction.
- Obviously, we wanted to dedicate this award to all our employees, but also to the many good cheesemakers who work for us, which allow us to achieve these results, because we put all our passion as well as imagination and enthusiasm, but without them, we could not achieve these satisfactions.
