PLATE OF EXCELLENCE to our ZEFFERINA and quality diploma also to PINETTA
On Saturday 9 September in Gorgonzola, on the occasion of the Infiniti Blu 2023 competition, (exhibition of excellence dedicated to the world of blue cheeses), two of our refinements stood out!
This is the 14th edition of this National Cheese Competition, which involves the Onaf delegation from Milan and Slow Food Martesana. Today, 17 September, at the Cheese event in Bra, the awards ceremony took place and our inimitable Zefferina received the Plaque of Excellence!
Again in the same competition, our Pinetta also stood out and was awarded with the quality diploma.
Two new awards that push us to always study and invent new flavours, for the most refined palates.
