IN TOURS, FRANCE, A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE!
We experienced a new extraordinary emotion, Andrea Magi, from Arezzo, Tuscany, Italian, was a judge for the first time in France, at the Mondial du Fromage, in the blue cow category!
This splendid event, which was held from 10 to 12 September in Tours, involved 250 judges from all over the world, who evaluated more than 1600 cheeses.
The Mondial du Fromage is a fascinating experience in the homeland of cheese, which also gave us great satisfaction with our Alfiere, which won a bronze in the fresh goat’s cheese category, in which the French are true masters.
