This double award fills us with pride as it is now the only competition dedicated to those who refine and age cheeses, so to speak it is a competition specific to our work.
At the first edition we were awarded with two cheeses “Buhaiolo” and “Spinello”, and at the second edition with “Bishop” our goat cheese now award-winning and our buffalo blue “La Superbia”.
Obviously, these further awards indicate that we are on the right track, but they do not make us feel satisfied and we are always trying to improve to make sure that we offer our customers a product that meets their expectations.
