De’ Magi a “Cheese in Villa 2012 and 2014”

Andrea Magi took part in the “Formaggio in Villa” event which takes place every year at Villa Braida in Mogliano Veneto, offering his experience in a guided tasting meeting and in a workshop on the art of refining. The event, organized by Alberto Marcomini and the Guru del Gusto staff, re-proposes an experience that has had the merit of involving many enthusiasts around a taste: that of quality products presented by producers, selectors, refiners, great chefs , journalists and gourmets.

The event aimed at all cheese lovers who, during the three days of “Formaggio in Villa” were able to taste and buy quality Italian and foreign cheeses, participate in tastings guided by experts with the pairing of wines and craft beers, and follow workshops, debates and conferences.
