At the Grinzane Castle (CN), the national headquarters of ONAF, we had the honor of receiving the “Excellence” award for our “Caprinero a Latte Crudo“, on the occasion of the “All’Ombra della Madonnina” Cheese Competition, dedicated exclusively with goat’s milk cheeses. But the good news doesn’t end there, four of our other cheeses: La Guazza, Pino, Caprone and Lemongino – have stood out, obtaining the “Superior Quality” certification. These awards, whether new goals or consolidated successes, testify to the passion and dedication we put into the refinement of our cheeses every day!
