During 2013 and also in 2014 he was several times a guest of the show “Casa Alice” hosted by Franca Rizzi and Daniele Persegani, precisely on the Alice TV channel, where various cheeses were proposed and many topics presented.
During these participations, the talented Chef Persegani created something special every time, composing real works of art with De’ Magi cheeses, made at the moment during the broadcast.
The welcome from the landlady, Ms. Rizzi, was also amazing, truly professional and fun, but not only… thanks to her sympathy, cheerfulness and simplicity even to those who are not comfortable with cameras, she manages to make the almost all natural.
