On May 9, 2016, Andrea Magi was enthroned and included in the famous “Guilds International cheesemakers” or the Confraternity of San Lucio (San Lucio, the protector of cheesemakers) as the title “Garde et Juré” in a very impressive ceremony, celebrated in the province of Reggio Emilia. It is a source of particular pride as only a few in Italy have gained access to this prestigious confraternity.
