Ideal for soft and semi-hard cheeses or in any case with a consistency suitable for the instrument, given that if it is used on too firm a cheese the edge breaks and cannot then be fixed.
As can be seen from the name itself, we recommend it for cutting cheeses usually used to make raclette or similar ones such as our Prematurata or Antani.
