Ten years in good shape / 2012 – 2022
Refining in caves in recent years has been synonymous with great transformations, experiments, refined work and new challenges for our cheeses.
Ten years have passed since the inauguration of our Caves and we have chosen, between Sunday 23 and Monday 24 October 2022, to celebrate this important birthday with our great De’ Magi family.
The Caves were built inside our headquarters in Castiglion Fiorentino. They are made of stone, with brick vaults, dug underground. A technological system has been installed that allows the microclimate of both to be constantly and remotely controlled.
Customers, friends & partners, who came from all over Italy, visited our world and were able to taste the cheeses that made the history of De’ Magi. We have created these two days of meetings to raise awareness not only of the caves, but also of the production, the processes, the various manufacturing phases and the team, who every day with care and commitment ensure that our cheeses arrive on the tables of those appreciate our work.
