On March 24, 2012 we registered two of our cheeses in the 5th San Lucio di Pandino (CR) trophy, on May 1 at the Castello Visconteo di Pandino (CR) one of our most prestigious cheeses wins the first prize in the “sheep’s cheese” category matured over 12 months” and ranks among the top 5 cheeses (the only non-PDO) out of 24 winners of the various categories, out of a total of 270 registered cheeses.
