Special events for world cheeses.
We told you about the #DeMagiCelebrationTour in the previous news and these are the stages in which we were protagonists.
In recent months we have been guests of large venues and important events, where we have explained the ancient profession of the refiner and talked about our cheeses.
The project was born after receiving the “Best Italian cheese” award and second in the world during the World Cheese Awards in London at the beginning of November 2022.
Together with all the staff and the De’ Magi family, we decided that this important moment for our company needed to be celebrated and we chose – together with Keep Art Firenze – to share these results by transforming them into stages of a dedicated tour.
The first important moment, and therefore the first stage, was in December 2022 in London.
Together with the 16 producers who reached the WCA 2022 final, we participated in the Press Tasting Event in the British capital, dedicated to the international press. Beautiful experience where each company presented and tasted its selected product.
Fuori di Taste has arrived in February 2023 and it is a must to participate!
We jumped at the proposals of some of the best Florentine restaurants and their chefs who made De’ Magi the protagonist of unique menus.
Exceptional #fuoriditaste events where our cheeses were presented to the maximum of their potential and gastronomic value.

In March we went down to Sorrento for the Sixth Stage at Prosit.
Also on this occasion our cheeses were at the center of a dedicated menu which, thanks to the presence of Andrea, the guests tasted, discovering all the secrets of the products and the chosen combinations.
