One of the food and wine events that gets the food world talking, organized in partnership between the Municipality of Bra (CN) and Slow Food. The most important international event dedicated to the dairy sector, with spaces for debate, tastings, education and a large market with the best cheeses in the world, especially rare or unknown ones.

Cheese – Le forme del latte is a biennial event scheduled for September, now recognized as an international event and a point of reference for the artisans of the world’s dairy supply chain and for a vast audience of enthusiasts.

Andrea Magi has always participated as a visitor since the first edition, and every time he participated to learn, taste and learn, then in 2011 the turning point, or the first participation as an exhibitor, repeated in 2013 and will continue in the years to come as an appointment fixed.

We look forward to seeing you at the next edition in September 2015, in Piazza Carlo Alberto in Brà.
