We have also chosen to propose a great classic, that is, the most common honey, but also the most different one depending on the season in which it is collected, but ours has an additional particularity, it is not only Italian, but exclusively produced in Maremma, therefore 100% Tuscan.
It is well known that consuming honey is good for you, since we were little they put it in our milk when we had a cough… In fact it is useful for the treatment of flu conditions, to calm coughs, it has energetic and invigorating properties as well as antibacterial.
Those who know us know that our philosophy is not to pair honey or jams with our cheeses, because it is more pleasant to pair them with wine, but now most people also like to make pairings of this kind, so we put our effort into to propose our best choice, making use of good producers who follow our indications and requests.
