On Thursday 11 December, in Rome, at the Città del Gusto at Gambero Rosso, the fifth edition of the Foodies guide was presented, which lists over 1000 addresses of activities of excellence linked to the world of food in Italy published by Gambero Rosso. These selected ones are not just any business, but places where as soon as you cross the threshold, you realize that in that place the managers or in any case the owners have a unique passion for what they do, and they really pass it on to their customers. Of these over 1000 names, 40 were in turn selected, to which a star was awarded, by a jury of expert food and wine journalists made up of: Gioacchino Bonsignore (TG5), Eleonora Cozzella (Espresso Food & Wine), Luigi Cremona ( Touring Club), Giacomo A. Dente (Il Messaggero), Fiammetta Fadda (Panorama), Bruno Gambacorta (TG2- Eat Parade), Licia Granello (La Repubblica), Cristina Latessa (Ansa), Antonio Paolini (food and wine critic), Anna Scafuri (TG1), Luca Zanini (Corriere della Sera). In a beautiful setting of the public, journalists and insiders, Andrea Magi was awarded and awarded the Stella Foodies 2015, in recognition of the commitment with which he has been carrying on his work for years, which is his passion.
