A truly splendid edition of Cheese, full of satisfactions and important moments. This is, in our opinion, the most important event in the world regarding cheeses since it gives the possibility to those who love it, in a single occasion, to be able to really taste (and buy) a variety of national and international cheeses which no other manifestation in the world will ever have.


We were present with our stand, where for the 4 days we dispensed tastings and talked, talked …. talked, with lots of people.


Also this year we have not gone unnoticed, since LA STAMPA wrote an article about us and about one of our cheeses…

We participated in a workshop-tasting of blue cheeses paired with exclusively Italian distillates: VKA Organic Tuscan Vodka, Rhum Zu Plun, Grappa Barile, Gin dell’abbazzia Vallombrosa and Brandy Villa Zarri.



We led a tasting-workshop with Teo Musso of Birra Baladin and Stefano Fanticelli of the Club Maledetto Toscano, where we enjoyed the magnificent sofa beers paired with the Antica Tradition Tuscan cigar and our Biracacio di Pecora and Il Maledetto Toscano special reserve.
