EXTRA HARD MOUNTAIN COW’S MILK CHEESE
Product code
For us this cheese is a true creative expression of milk, this cheese is difficult to explain, just like art!…so why not call it POPPART?!
Each color corresponds to a flavour, different each time but which always comes from the same cheese, an irresistible and stimulating bite for the taste buds. One thing is absolutely certain, its taste is POP, because it is a cheese for all palates, even the most demanding!
It comes from very high quality milk, milked above 1200 metres… and after a very particular refinement, a cheese with an almost mystical aroma emerges, we also change it through the colour, letting our imagination travel, inebriated by its scent!
The classic cheese to be enjoyed with good bread and…. if it’s the season, a nice Abate pear or two walnuts. You don’t need anything else to get the right satisfaction. We also define it as meditation because it can be enjoyed in small pieces even afterwards together with a nice glass of particular wine.
Even more particular is the fact that it is made with microbial coagulant, therefore also for vegetarians and lactose-free for those who are intolerant, it is put on the market after approximately 12 months of aging in caves.
At the World Cheese Award 2024-2025 in Viseu, Portugal, it won the Bronze medal.
It was awarded a Silver Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2025 in Bern.
