Blue Passion Cool

Did you want a “cool” cheese? To do this we worked hard and in our opinion we succeeded, a cheese with a complexity of flavors and aromas and a unique freshness based on passion fruit, the same passion we put into the research and experimentation of these small innovative cheeses.

A blue cheese different from the usual, both in size and taste, obviously always to be recommended as a dessert cheese, but in this case, it is also a blue cheese in a “fresh” way, so we define it as our summer Blue.

A small blue cheese that is refined with passion fruit liqueur and filled with maracuja, mango and caramel, finally adding grains of pollen. This combination with cheese may seem extravagant, in reality, when you taste it, the flavor of the cheese prevails, especially in the finish, but all the other ingredients are clear and clear and contribute to making it a truly wonderful and fantastic experience.

Our advice is to “listen” to the taste of this cheese with your eyes closed and try to enjoy this particular emotion, being careful to taste it at the right temperature, i.e. not cold from the fridge, but at least at a temperature of 16°C, given that even the tasting temperature is an important characteristic to fully appreciate all the organoleptic characteristics of each cheese.
