Fair and “Fuori di Taste” to celebrate our cheeses.

February was a month, although winter, highly incandescent for the commitments in which we will be protagonists in Florence.

We returned to Taste from 4 to 6 February 2023, one of the most important food and wine fairs at national and international level, over 500 exhibiting companies, sector operators arriving from over 50 countries from all over the world, 10,000 visitors in the three days of the fair.

During the #FuoridiTaste, a series of related events in the most splendid locations in Florence, we also organized 4 stages of our #DeMagiCelebrationTour – after the first stage in London in December 2022 – coordinated by KeepArt Florence, where our cheeses were the protagonists of the dishes made by the chefs of the house.

Stage 2 – Il formaggio ha l’oro in bocca – Caffè dell’Oro

Stage 3 – A cena con i 7 Peccati Capitali – Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar

Stage 4 – 50 sfumature di Blu – Four Seasons Hotel Firenze 

Stage 5 – Straziami, ma di caci saziami – Ground by Empireo
