At the international cheese competition, namely the World Cheese Awards 2015 in Birmingham, one of our registered cheeses received a silver medal, it is the Caprone.
No less than 2,727 cheeses from all over the world took part in this competition, divided into 7 main categories and 131 sub-categories, made in 1100 square meters of exhibition area and the jury was made up of 250 experts.
